Brought to my attention elsewhere, this one is a little bit ahead of its time (although I suspect that the origin was not from a German speaking nation). Described as a “German Nazi Kriegsmarine Dagger w/scabbard”. Being a special issue Naval dagger for the “SS” motorized water ski equipped troops of the “2679 SS 20 kradschutzen bataillon” (Kradschützen-Bataillon in the TR era Wehrmacht being a Motorcycle Infantry Battalion).
And somebody paid over $400.00 U.S. very recently to acquire this “rarity” (or piece of junk). Best Regards, Fred
