Maker should be Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Cie.
Please, show us the other side of the Armeedolch.
In my opinion a devalued original, too bad ...
I think I was wrong here, sry. ´bout that ! ...
Did a little research.
In my opinion, the army dagger requested by the topic starter is not a dagger made by Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Cie. but an almost identical army dagger with the product name NAHKÄMPFER.
The distinguishing feature is the slanted, beveled, transition from the pommel to the grip scales of the NAHKÄMPFER in contrast to the straight transition from the pommel to the grip plates of the WK&Cie.
The handle scales on the WK&Cie. are riveted in my opinion, the grip shells are screwed on the NAHKÄMPFER.
However, an attachable NAHKÄMPFER with riveted grip plates is also known.
The product name NAHKÄMPFER was usually marked on the long side of the blade or directly across the blade on the crossguard.
The topic starter may be able to take a closer look at the blade to see if he can see anything.
