    Looks perfectly fine imo.
    Matching numbers it all fits, no concerns.
    Looking at the screw that secures the tang to the hilt you see it has some corrosion, it might have been the same with the gripplate screws and simply were exchanged.
    Wouldnt be that big of an issue to me.
