Hi Foval..the dagger appears authentic ...but wait for someone to fact check the producer logo. I never seen a Max Weyersburg logo on a Customs dagger.
Be patient

Max Weyersberg is not a maker I've ever seen on a Land Customs dagger before. It looks of early production too. I agree that it does look original to the period as well, very nice.

A frozen pommel is not always a bad sign, we see that on army daggers on early Alcoso ones.
But having a frozen pommel and a wiggling guard and a never seen makermark on known typ that always rings a bell.
First thing to look for is if the parts match looking at patina and wear.
In this case all parts look original to me, but the pommel does show a different patina-colour then the guard.
Sometimes pics do not show the proper colour, so you have to decide if the pommel and guard have a matching patina and make a pair.
If so then it could be a nice original, and you have to make up your mind if you want to buy this dagger with a "story" as there are as far as i know, no WMW ones to compare to, so not a textbook dagger in this case.
Best,
Ger
