The SOS is by far the bigger...and better...show. you won't be disappointed.
+1 To chime in and reinforce what Todd said, the MAX is 9xx tables and the SOS is nearly 2000. The MAX will be in a new location this year and it may have a small effect on the number of tables plus or minus - I'm not sure. But it sill won't be near as big as the SOS. Both shows are well worth the trip IMO, as even the MAX is huge by comparison with most other shows.
