I am certain this one is postwar. Lez has one the same. Bought for £1.50 with an M55 cockade in place. She wears her's for LH events (with a wartime cap star added)

That kind of caps was widely used for female personnel in the 1930's -50;s era. Some of them made with different quality- with lining or without it at all.
