Heer Belt Authenticity

Hello all,

I came across this belt and buckle I’m looking to buy. I looked through the references available here, but couldn’t find something close to it. Looking at the buckle, I don’t like the way it looks. But since I’m not an expert, I’d appreciate if members can provide feedback to the authenticity of the belt and the buckle.

Original in bad condition. Belt is repaired and abbreviated.

I like to do.
Character piece = unique, striking part, which has received traces/wear/damage/corners/edges due to "intensive" use in the past (its history), which characterize it as a unique piece. Shabby look...
