    These Gürtelschließe are in my opinion, somewhat very suspect.

    They may be vaguely NSDAP sympathiser associated, whilst at the same time, they are probably, purely cosmetic and trinket related.

    Cosmetic jewellery for ladies who have no idea about the swastika as a political symbol.

    Do not forget that the swastika in the 1920's and the early 1930's was not exclusive to the NSDAP.

    As mentioned before, the "jury is still out" on these quite distinct and often attractive design Gürtelschließe. I just do not think that you can automatically call them NSDAP sympathiser buckles. Many undoubtedly were, whilst at the same time, some were apolitical cosmetic jewellery related. I suppose the definition often depends on whether you are selling or buying.

    In my opinion, not at all rare or eagerly sought after and generally, not an expensive buckle.
