Unknow brown leather belt

Please anyone some information about this belt? What is it - NSDAP, LW or something else?

Hard to tell unless there are markings as it looks black in these pics and post war Bundeswehr and Polizei are incredibly similar and early DDR items are quite close too.

Is the buckle itself marked? These brown belts were used by quite a few units, have a read of this thread, very informative

Thanks for the extra pics showing it is certainly brown. So, not early Bundeswehr or West German Polizei but brown belts were worn by officers of the East German Nationalen Volksarmee, Volks Polizei and other Bewaffneten Organen and early on some would have been war time manufacture so still a bit tricky if there are no markings. An "in hand" inspection by someone who really knows these would lilely help but I admit I can't tell from the pics.

The unusual apparently round end to the leather looks original and may be significant?
