A nice addition to your collection. I added a Reitz Luftwaffe buckle a few months ago. They also produce Army buckles and Ric on WFA says he has a Reitz Kreigsmarine. Kirby

I like these particular zinc buckles very much and have fortunately two of them in my collection.
But is it absolutely not confirmed that the Reitze firm itself is the maker of these! See also the link provided through David! I have heard that they were mostly responsible for cloth equipment.

How right you are Guido. There is supposedly no evidence to support that the buckles were manufactured by E Reitz. As the linked web site states, possibly made by a company under the name of "La Nominette".
