WWII Slovakia belt buckle. need help!

As Bill stated - good buckle.

Here are my two. The first is similar to the OP and the second is painted black - I do not know why this is.

painted black- perhaps it is a protective color. makers mark on the catch-mincovna kremnica-Mint Kremnica
