I think that it is more likely the forum members with no military experience who are the most likely to fall in love with certain wartime weapons. The practicalities of using them in combat is better understood by former soldiers who have had to use similar weapons in actual combat.

Agreement Steve. They are fun to shoot but overpowered and too small a magazine capacity to be effective. The MP43 on the other hand is much better, (although By preference I prefer shooting the PPSh 41 but absolutely love the Thompson)!
