IDing a MG

I’ve had this photo for years and thought it was time to pass it along but before I do I want to to ID the MG so not to mislead anyone. I know it’s a German press photo and taken in Holland. Thank you for helping.

Looks like an MG 15.

It looks like an MG15 which was an aircraft machine-gun converted to land use, late in the war.
