Interesting piece to have petrwarry. I personally don't know what kind of anti aircraft gun it went to. I am a little surprised none of those in the know haven't chimed in.

drives me mad as i can't find out its origin
as it's bolt fitted ,i'd think it could be used in aircraft where you don't take them off mg, i haven't clue even if it's german,russian,czech,wartime,postwar

It could even be Japanese?
well...could be...but rather german,czech,russian and maybe american/british as it was found in czech rep. if it's ww2 item.
could be from any so called eastern europe's army if found after 1968 invasion to czechoslovakia.that's what i don't know too.

i've got it yeasterday,bit surprised , it's just 6,3 cm diameter , pretty small, still haven't found out what's that little fella for
