It's a copy! you understand it above all from the type of wood which is not correct at all.
If you still have doubts, look for photos of original rifles and stocks.

Looking closely at the photos at the ehad of this thread, this appears to be a laminated stock ( not unusual for the MP43/44 series which, according to Senich's book, used laminated as well as solid wood stocks ).
It's hard to be definitive about this - my only observation would be that the laminates match rather poorly. This may indicate late-war manufacture - my own MP44 has a laminated stock which is of superior build quality.
personally, I'd hesitate to buy this unless the price is particularly keen.
Generally the MP43 had a larger dimension stock that the 44 and of better quality (solid wood) than the one pictured. Early versions had many more notches in the end than what I can see from yours and is probably mid war produciton at best if real.
