Could it be somethong Belgian, because of the letter B with a crown? 'Brevete' is also French or Wallon. Bishop used to make rifle stocks, but that was (is?) an American company.

Looks like a Remington Rolling Block rifle. Not sure on the specifics as this rifle was exported to various countries and most likely made in numerous configurations. That should provide the start to your research, however.

Definitely Belgian proof marks, and it appears similar to Remington
product but in a small caliber. Is it rimfire.........?
