I think these were removed from a wooden presentation frame or similar. The symbol looks like the cross of the 14 Infanterie Division, whose 53 Infanterie Regiment were based in Naumburg.

I like the engraving of the eagle, it looks hand done.
But the reverse looks like a laser engraving.
Probably off a trophy or similar then pimped up on the reverse.

States on the Eagle side :" Now For Sure "and on the other side
"For 25 years of Service Jubilee , dedicated from the residents, east and west Naumburg," 21 / 7 /35

    Hope this helps

    Hi there.

It is not something I have ever seen, but I did find a little information about NUN ERST RECHT inscription -

After the disastrous 1923 Putsch on the 9th November the NSDAP was outlawed and any party insignia was banned. As such, the NSDAP created a differing party badge with the slogan 'NUN ERST RECHT' (Now More Than Ever). The fact was, the NSDAP had found a loophole in the new laws. The Swastika itself wasn't forbidden, and as long as the badge didn't have the name of the Party, it could be carried publicly. The badge was carried between 1923 and 1925 and is believed to have been worn by some members during the period of the 'Kampzeit'.

Here is an example of the badge -

NUN ERST RECHT 'now more than ever' badge

I got a slightly different translation then Horst by taking an educated guess at the abbreviations (I may be wrong) -

    Zum 25 jähr Diesntjubiläum gew v d
Heimattreue Ost und West Preussen Naumburg
    21.7.1935

For the 25th anniversary of service
Loyalty to the homeland East and West Prussia Naumburg
    21.7.1935

The gew might actually be gewehr, but I am not sure.

    Kind regards,

    Will.

I think the inscription on the shield side is hand engraved, shows the signs of being done with an engraving tool.
