Sadly, the mindset of many uninformed and unwilling to do simple research will always be under the impression that if there is a maker's mark or hallmark, then it must be original and authentic.

Dear Smitty;

You are very right about the maker's mark and hallmark issue. Many collectors falls for it.

This item first offered me 2 months ago and I have rejected it at once. But this time I want to post it for future researchers. Now that I am sure to reject it for a second time thanks to the Warrelics community.
