German Eagle Emblem Query

Greetings and a pleasure to be here. I have a little query to begin with. I purchased this large brass eagle during a house clearance sale but I know little about it. Is it an American or German eagle and of any specific era? It likely is not an original, although it looks old and is very heavy and quite large - 1.2kg weight 50cm length.

It isn’t a German eagle more likely civilian US.

Thank you. I wasn't sure when I purchased it as I thought it was either American federal or something from the German parteiadler era. Thank you for letting me know.
