That display looks fantastic. It's museum quality!!!
I don't see it as a shrine. The way it is looks great (small eagle included). To make it perfect add:
- NSDAP flag
- party badge
- Chancellary in ruins pic

Thanks mate! I have two relic party badges from The Chancellery which I'll add and the display next to it has some relic medals which were found on the Chancellery site and the backdrop of that display is a pic of the ruined Chancellery. I had actually thought instead of a flag that I'd like to have a relic Deutsche Volksturm Wehrmacht armband in the display, that would add colour and fit in perfectly with the whole collapse of the Reich theme.
I was actually thinking of a small pic (postcard like) but that big pic as background is a very very good idea
As to the armband didn't think of it but it's also a very nice touch, especially if you don't want to make it look too much like a "shrine" - a Volksturm armband is less visible than a swastika and also holds the idea of the last days of the Reich that you want.
Congrats once again on that fabulous display - very classy
Very nice !
But, what 's the small stone we can see on the picture in your showcase ?
In place of your eagle i see a nice armband, but it 's only my opinion .
Thanks mate! The stone you can see is a piece of red marble which was found on the building site along Vostrasse a couple of months ago. The building site is on the same section of Vostrasse where the marble hall of the Reich Chancellery once stood so I have no doubt whatsoever that it was originally a part of the marble hall.
