I will reopen this old thread. I have the same type card, but it is worded differently... and differ year. The AH sig is blue not black as is seen in pic. Of the 3 posted in this thread the signature is slightly different. I was leaning towards facsimile for a while, but now after seeing these addition 2 cards and different signatures I am thinking otherwise now.
The card I have was recovered from the RK in Berlin August 20th 1945 along with the Hoffman original picture. The translation paper is old too a thin see through paper one doesn't see much of anymore.
The card is typed not printed and has dark typed letters along with light colored letters.
