    Just purchased this eagle from a colleague (BW Germany), because presents an interesting base and signals of originality. The base shape and lateral holes suggest that was originally fixed on a kind of flagpole. Looking for your comments !!!!

    Looks like a commercial flag pole topper. Tough to tell when it was made but I have my doubts it is connected to the Third Reich. Wait for others.
