    Erich,
    Very lovely! I used to collect Allach as well, but have only a few pieces now. Prof. Kärner pieces were the ones I'd look for.

    Erich, nice pieces...I do like the Squirrel! It reminds of when I was a dagger collector and always on the look out for Eickhorn blades!

    Wonderful piece Wessel! All Allach pieces are very special, rare and unique IMO.

    The 1938 catalogue calls this "Amazone" but Passmore's book describes her as "Diana, Goddess of the Hunt"

    I think the Passmore and the Oliver books are one and the same....the former wrote it and the latter edited it. Anyway, try pp.26-27.
    £4000 sounds pretty good for the Fencer, but all things are relative to most of us!!
