I don't know much about coins, but you need to be extra careful of buying these
If you don't mind I would like to ask some questions:
What did the store look like in Munich and did it have a lot more nazi enamels than regular antiques?
How much did it cost you?
Was it a store popular with tourists? (They are known to sell fake medals and coins cause they are cheap and easy to make)
To my eyes it looks real, but I don't know much about coins of any kind
what are the dimensions. This looks like a medallion or table medal.

Hi Map, it's about 2.5 to 3 inches in diameter. Was thinking same , but not sure if it's the real thing
Not an area I collect so unfortunately I can't help authenticate this. I do know that there were lots of these made and I'm sure by many different manufacturers. They were to commemorate his rise to power
