So are you saying that this could be very wel an original work?
From the two pics posted, the bottom one looks to me
like a feeble copy at best. There are items in the 2nd
one that are in the same position, but the technique
is much different.........

Hi Steve, it was to good to be true I guess, isn't it? But when it is a copy, why did the painter a different view and not exactly the same?
Lol - and also, why sign with two different signatures ?
I've read that AH painted scenes to pay for cheap
board and cigarette money, so it's possible that
the works were not even painted 'on site' - but
again, the styles to me are different.........

As I compare the 2 paintings very closely, I find that the style is not so different. But that's my opinion of course. Couldn't it be that it is another version of the same subject? A later or earlier one?
