Apoligies for late reply. Not sure about different dates of stamping? The silverware maker marks are WMF. Apoligize for photo attached,not my best work but out of town at the moment.

Truth be told, I don't know the first thing about antique cutlery and its markings, but my guess would be that "Vers." stands for "Versilbert" [silver-plated].

The "90" stamp indicated silver plate rather than solid silver, so this raises a flag in my eyes. I can't imagine a self-important little prig like Himmler and his personal staff using anything but solid silver.
