"Rostfrei" isn't a makers mark, but it means 'stainless'.

It's Silver plated steel. Maker is 'Neoveda' from Germany. SS Stamping is postwar, IMO.

Wasn’t Neoveda the only maker that marked for SS? They look just like a previous poster’s set.
