Article about: Came across this cup, very similar to my FLUV cup style wise. Was wondering if Concordia was used primarily by Heer, other branches or it didn't matter? Thanks!

Concordia is just a name of the factory. As this cup has a Heer eagle it was mostly used in Wehrmacht.

Ostfrontmilitaria is right, The Bohemian Concordia Lesov (Lessau) porcelain factory was founded in 1888 by Ernst Mader and has gone through several owners that retained the logo. During the NS period the company was a major supplier of porcelain to the Wehrmacht. The company is still in business, but I have no idea who owns it now. Dwight
