And answering what The Devil's Bank was asking about what will be left of all this, I am sure that the members of the Forum of the digging section will be able to teach us many things.
I personally found this a little while ago.

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

I have some images to add. But will need to take some pics.

Now a few pictures of the soldiers inside the bunkers.
Spending time carving wood. The log wall in the background and decoration with photographs from newspapers and magazines.
Playing cards.
Around the table. Some books on a shelf and two original magazine racks.
Christmas 1942. Far, far away from homeland. The tablecloth made of newspapers, champagne for drinking and sad looks on the faces of the four soldiers....
Everyone in the bunk bed. The soldier in the background, smiling, shows the camera a photograph of a woman with a wooden frame ...
The cap hanging from the beam, in the foreground, has an Edelweiss insignia.
We celebrate Christmas and miss our homes...
This is a photo of P.K. on its reverse it says:
When the storm becomes palpable in the vast expanse of the Soviet Union, then our soldiers settle down and relax accompanied by their samovar (russian kettle) in their primitive rooms
Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht
Alles schläft, einsam wacht nur das traute hochheilige Paar
Holder Knabe im lockigen Haar
Schlaf in himmlischer Ruh'

Curious reflection of light on the lenses of the soldier's glasses on the right of the image.

People say that, in war, a soldier spends most of his time waiting.
I really like the effect of light in this photograph
