    He is correct, but no idea what it might have come from as it has been in use for many years in various countries.

    Interesting, okay
    WW2 period or is it impossible to figure that out?
    Also, this was found while magnet fishing in The Netherlands

    Well if found magnet fishing then it’s likely WW2 but again these were used in aircraft and also naval vessels there isn’t anything to identify it any further I’m afraid.

    The original id is incorrect I have shown this round to a friend who is a long time collector of 20mm plus others
    It's not APHE. It's a 20x110 M80 TP-T round
    Attached photos of one in a friends collection
    He also told me these are often found of Belgian manufacture put in other countries cases. His example is in a Canadian WW2 dated case with later markings
    What is this 20mm from?

    Ok, and which weapons and/or vehicles use/used this round? And any info on if the round is explosive or not?

    If he can work out it is a training round just from that then he is a far better man than me.
