    Correct, sorry, Nowill and sons it is!
    Gouldy that picture is taken fro an angle and doesnt show much detail. Better ask for better pics..
    The WD marking, from what i understand was stopped somewhere 1895 (with few rare exemptions of some folding knives) anyway any so called military marking on a civil product is not real.

    Good morning Reibert have a look at this site here it is very informative and I found it a great help while I was researching a 2nd pattern that I was looking at purchasing. ( The Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knives - Introduction ) You will find the links on the top right corner most usefull particularly the wilkinson site second one down when you open the the link.
