Looks like it's had a replacement liner and pins...other than that i don't know. How much is being asked for it?

looks like a "Bundeswehr" strap, and not a good helmet IMO
Like Ned said liner is post war, need more pictures of the helmet to be sure on that one.

Not looking good but to verify if the shell is correct a clear close up picture of where the inside edge is rolled will reveal if it is original.

I can't get real close with this camera. What am I looking for on the edge?
The shell is most likely good. Late war clk shells have this rather pronouced looking lower edge to them.
