This arrived in the mail today. Thanks to the seller!

A nice textbook M38 ET68 Fallshirmjager Paratrooper helmet.

No batch number visible, probably behind the tight aluminum liner band. Liner is Karl Heisler sized 58 is in excellent condition. Soft and supple

Straps are fully intact and in excellent condition using PRYM pattern snaps. Aluminum liner with lighter color foam pads. Early spanner bolts.

Correct ET decal and paint with great patina and light wear commensurate with the liner.

Like the display you made with the other Fallshirmjager gear. Those helmets don't come cheap.. Probably one that was on your wishlist for a while. Very nice example. Congrats!

The wear did draw me to this helmet. Just enough but still rock solid with no flaws.

I have a large sized 71 late War flared rim ND example with the back straps cut already, but yes I've been keeping my eye out for something like this for a number of years.

DOS: Most of my stuff is all packed up for a home renovation. These were pieces were all I could find to add to the photo.


Just a little color.......... In this case the bright sunshine works well
