Need help om m38 et66

Hello! Would like to ask if liner, bolts and chinstrap ar correct and period? Pretty sure it's ok, but want to be certain. Thank you in advance!

Liner, straps, and bolts all appear to be originals from what I can see on these photos. The liner and straps are kind of a funny color though, like they were cleaned or something. But maybe that is just the lighting or photography. Is there a decal on the left side of the helmet?

Helmet came, so here is side of where decal once was.

Very nice displayed items, i noticed quite a few of them seems to be related with latvian Waffen-SS. Like the walking stick- with engraved "lake Ladoga" and the rings.
