Fallschirmschützenabzeichen - REAL or FAKE?

Good evening everybody.

My friend has just bought this Fallschirmschützenabzeichen der Luftwaffe from an antique shop whilst on holiday. It was quite cheap, so worth taking a chance on (in his opinion).

Neither of us know anything about these items. So the question is, is it real or fake. Apologies for the pictures as it's dark in England.

It looks like fake cast para badge IMO . Cannot match to any real badges I have looked at on line or in books . Out of curiosity what is the lettering on the reverse ?

Thanks for the reply, it's what I was expecting. The lettering on the back looks like Brehme, Berlin, but I'm not 100% sure as it looks like the second letter is missing or not very clear.
