Article about: I followed this mint breadbag on Ebay thinking ( ha ha ) that I could snap it up ........ but \\$300 is a bar to high for me to reach!!!! Is this the standard now? ....... if so, holy hell!! B

    I followed this mint breadbag on Ebay thinking ( ha ha ) that I could snap it up ........ but $300 is a bar to high for me to reach!!!! Is this the standard now? ....... if so, holy hell!!

    BTW, the seller had a matching 1941 feldflasche ( non- coco ) that got to $320 ....YOWZAH!!!

    That is a lot, but for a mint tropical version, maybe that is the new value. Funny, but I had my 42 dated tropical feldflasche up for sale on the forum here for a while at a cheap price and the only interested party was in the US and the postage would have been a killer imho, though maybe not as the price was a lot less than $320.

    Ebay is a crazy place sometimes.... but IMO 300$ is way too much..... normally these go for 100-125 euro... a real mint one maybe 150, although I wouldn't pay it...

    Sounds high Dan Bunker Militaria Claremore Oklahoma has them occassionally may have one now sometimes depending on condition I think about two hundred and that is ridicilous but these are becomming rare like anything tropical. timothy
