Clothing and equipment labels - who has items with them on?

One of his pictures showed an equipment embroidered label and I was wondering if any of you have items of kit with these labels sewn or glued on?

I have two items - a late war zeltbahn with an embroidered label for a person who's name I am unsure of ...Syniewski??? and a feldflasche with a printed label to a Schmeidel.

Ade mentioned in the other thread that they were available for private purchase but I do remember seeing an official document ( cant find it at the moment ) that showed the authorized positions one could sew or glue on these name labels.

I like the personal association these small items give ..... maybe you have some to share with us all? Just a couple of photos will do - one of the item and one of the label - lets see how many we can come up with!!

Here are two contributions from me.

The first is a label inside a Heer Panzer Schutzmütze. Named to Obergefreiter Koch, 2 Kompanie / Pz Regt 8.

Second is a similar common printed clothing label, but glued inside a former RAD members photo album as a souvenir.
