The central one looks like it's a decal. Note the outline of a sticky label(?) on the bottom of the swastika and date. It appears to have 'lifted' some of the detail when it was removed, not a good sign at all....
As for the other two, i'll leave those for others to comment.

EDIT: Looking again, what was I thinking, it's probably the glue off the sticker.....DOH!!

I'd say they are all good.
If you are only looking for one to add as a representative of the type then get one of the 2 that are the most vivid = 1. or 3.

To me, they look like original Luftwaffe porcelain. So far, these are nicely collectable but not especially hard to find, therefore not really worth the attention of the fakers ( until prices start climbing, of course ! )
