Field phone F33 with bluetooth!!!

I bought this field phone on ebay and thought it would be a lot of fun to add a bluetooth phone module to it. Now I can pair it to my phone and make and receive calls thru it. The bells were replaced with lighter weight modern ones. They ring when I receive a call. This phone had already been recommissioned for use by the Serbian army so it was no longer WWII original but it did have a few hidden german symbols.

Cool!!! I guess you could say this was a precursor of todays mobile phones...It is portable

I have a couple F33s hardwired into the phone lines of my home. Makes for good communication room to room and a lot of fun for the kids.

I love it great idea. Its the only chance kids get to use a classic phone receiver too.

Here's my old 'mobile' phone from 1916... I'm still restoring it at the moment.

Cool. My buddy who wired the phone for me has an old wall mount crank phone that he rewired to modern use though you an only answer calls not make any. I don't have a pic of his old phone. The audio on those old phones is very poor. Its a bit hard to hear callers though on my friends phone he left all the original speakers and mic in it and just rewired it for modern phone lines.
