A-frame hardware
Hallo! Tell me on the hardware. Judging by the logo, both hooks are made by one manufacturer, but it looks like from different alloys - one of the duralumin, the other of an alloy of aluminum, magnesium and silicon. Perhaps the manufacturer has written a composition on his product since they should be used on different items of equipment, possibly in different climatic zones (heat or frost)? Regards.

Thats just the abbreviation for a 6000 series alloy that can be heat treated after forming. At least 220 mPa can be attained and thats approaching mild steel!!!

Thank you. Could you explain in more detail what the "alloy of the 6000 series" is? Why was it necessary to write the composition of the alloys on the fittings?

I read that the aluminum alloys of the "6000 series" are the alloys of aluminum, magnesium and silicon - which is marked on one hitch, and on the second one is written DUR - what does it mean?
