Looks like something a Russian farmer have put together. I can't really tell if they are issued boot, the leather part of course. I have 2 pairs from WW2 posted here on the forum somewhere, but none of them is Wehrmacht issued boots. They were obviously used here on the front anyway. I think it looks like they have been "re-soled" in some place where footwear was in shortage and used post war. It could be in Germany or Russia, basically anywhere. I don't think a soldier did this or had it done. That is my take on these boots
These are not German manufactured boots. I don't know what the country of origin might be.
