You are welcome. This will be useful, the ones provided by the seller are both unhelpful and confusing.
This being said the satchel shows brass fittings so the 1934 markings are date back from when it was made, the ones from 1944 must be a property mark that is probably rare and difficult to compare to similar examples. To me it seems too specialized to be fake, but who knows ?
It's really hard to decide, that's why I bought it. Feels good to think it's real .
I think your pouch is an original item.
I wish I knew its function.
The stamp on the exterior is what seems unusual to me.

All examples of this stamp I have found online are on standard medical pouches and all are 1934 dated.
