    I wasn’t sure where to put this thread but let’s see if it can get some answers here. Can anyone tell me what I am dealing with here? The seller claims that it should be a thermometer from a German submarine, what do you think?

    I have never seen one like this before.

    Definitely Navy, but I don't know if it's from a U-Boat or not...could have been from almost anywhere.

    It would be Navy because of the "M" that is just below the eagle.

    Hi , i have a similar thermometer and it has a paper inside the glass thermometer which says M Kriegsmarine so it is definitely kriegsmarine but maybe the one you show has not the original glass thermometer
