    Greetings fellow collectors. Saw another post regarding German tools to day, and remembered this unindentifyed tool I have in my collection.
    This object has been in my posession for several years. Other collectors have seen it, but none them has been able to tell me what kind of tool this is.
    Hope you can help me too identify it.

    Reminds me of the wire cutter on my multi-tool, it must be for something similar, either for cutting the wire or stopping the ends from falling apart. Just and idea

    hi as the last two posts said it appears to be a wire stripper/crimper ,,, ,as the old saying goes great minds think alike ,although the other part of that saying is fools seldom differ,,

    Wow...You are really fast guys There is no edge in the jaw, so maybe it has been used as a crimping tool. It is a burning mark on the handle, so probably used in hot tempratures?
