    Are you saying the whole case is made from solid wood?
    I would think late war would be Prestoff, (paper/cardboard), if it is wood, I suspect his would be early war or pre-war.

    Yes the whole case is made of wood , the fittings on the case look German to me

    Hello,
    So far i have never seen a wooden carrier for binos, but i haven't seen everything i guess...
    All i can say here is that the closure system is an early one, like on Reichswehr leather carriers...
