Found this hand stamper. Wasn't sure if it was for German military use or used by some business, etc.

I have attached another pic.

As far as what is marked on the stamp, do you mean what i shows when you stamp it?

If so, it is what is written on the front of the stamp.

Someone said that it designated free military mail. Does that sound right?

Hello sounds good, a stamp to indicate Feldpost look at this photo, thats the type of stamp appearing on the card papers feldpost, maybe someonecan be more accurate
