Default ID please - German (?) shoulder bag

I need help with ID that shoulder bag, I found it among other war and early post-war stuff. I was trying to google it, trying many different phrases, few hours of searching and nothing.
Inside, cover has some stamping, barley visible, it states:
    ______________________________
    Sach Nr. 82936
    Mersh?(unreadable letters) D 4628
Versch(unreadable letters) (row of digits in few groups)
    ______________________________

25x25x10cm, just one shoulder strap and a hadle, space inside divided equally.

The DLC clawbuckle is nice to see.
It is a post war piece probably West German by the construction.
    Some chance it is Austrian?
It doesn't resemble any Swiss gear I've seen and it's definitely not from the DDR from the stamp.

I have a similar ( sort of ) one that I was never able to identify either .... it has some "classic" WW2 features but probably post war ( or maybe PRE?? )...

Not made in 1938 on a trial!
It looks like it has a dividing pocket inside the bag.
Perhaps a modified post war piece from the belt loop on the front and the resewing?
