hud is : Landeslieferungsgenossenschaft Rheinland, Aachen, Julicherstr. 4
can't remember HUD so far

As for esb, in my code book it simply refers me to "azo", which is Valentin Knott jun, Machinenfabrik/Aluminium-Trinkbecher, Eggstatt/Chiemsee- Bayern.
