I have this canister. I myself do not collect them.
    Perhaps someone will be interested.
The most important point, a double stamp on the canister. The rarity.

Always in original colour is a big positive and not too much rust.

Old repaint Fabe, but not period done in my opinion.
Hold off for a better one.

Unless the price in right, in which case I would always get one if it is in solid condition. You can always trade up later.

Yes, the paint does look old, and the red/orange under-painting gave me some hope - it's not expensive, but if you guys say it's not original paint, I'll probably pass on it...

I don't think the yellow is original either, but how much is 'not expensive'? If the can itself is in good condition (no holes and clean inside) it's still worth something.

There are dents in the surface with paint in them Fabe.
I think it was a grey one originally then post war orange, then the yellow...

The paint colour isn't original, but seeing the crazy money that they now sell for in far worse condition if it isn't too pricey then Why not acquire it. By the nature of their usage these get bashed about. Compare the chances of finding an undented original colour example for a sensible price?

Just my opinion and everyone has one.
