The photo depicts the items found in the small phone squad Tornister packs. Each pack numbered 1, 2 and 3 had a combination of these items and the squad was commanded by a Truppführer. If you have an interest in this kind of specialty service there are several good sites and Facebook pages. The most difficult item to locate is the Aufspuler or cable retrieving device.
